Returns + Exchanges



Sly Beauty proudly stands behind the quality of all our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase from our site, you may initiate a return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be submitted online via email and shipped. We cannot process or accept returns/exchanges in person. 

Sly Beauty products can be returned for a refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from purchase date. Products must be unused and in the original packaging (excluding shipping box). To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

All final sale, gift cards, or warehouse sale purchases are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note, some sale or promotional items may be marked as final sale.

Sly Beauty is not responsible for any lost or return to sender packages. If your package has been returned to sender (Sly Beauty HQ) due to incorrect, insufficient address, or no acceptor at address if required, you as the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. 

Once your return request has been approved, you will return your unused items to Sly Beauty (address provided upon return approval). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your banking account, then contact your credit card company. It may take several days before your refund is posted to your account. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an item was gifted to you, you may receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you.
