RETURN POLICY

We offer FREE USA returns & exchanges through Redo! Try all of our products risk free!  

Sly Beauty proudly stands behind the quality of all our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase from our site, you may initiate a return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be submitted online via email and shipped. We cannot process or accept returns/exchanges in person. 

Sly Beauty products can be returned for a refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from purchase date. Products must be unused and in the original packaging (excluding shipping box). To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

All final sale, gift cards, or warehouse sale purchases are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note, some sale or promotional items may be marked as final sale. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only be refunded for the item cost on your order.

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Sly Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged in transit packages. Unless you paid for and selected our shipping protection. If you did so, your package will be insured and replaced. 

Once your return request has been approved, you will return your unused items to Sly Beauty (address provided upon return approval). Once your return is approved and examined for any use, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

If an item was gifted to you, you may receive a shop credit for the value of your return or an exchange of the same item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you.
