Shipping Policy

Sly Beauty Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend purchasing Simply Shipping Insurance at checkout to insure any lost, stolen or damaged in transit packages. 



We offer worldwide shipping to most international countries! We DO NOT cover cost of any duties or customs on international orders. Please be pre paired to pay for any charges made by the import fees of your country. We DO NOT offer free returns. If the packages is returned to sender for invalid address or otherwise, we DO NOT offer free shipping to resend the package.

*All other shipping policy's are applicable to international shipping for sections that can be applied.

Excluding: Delivery timelines & overnight shipping, 




Our fulfillment time is 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. 

Once shipped, your item will arrive in 2-7 business days. 

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number. Please keep this email to reference and track your shipment.


Overnight shipping is a flat rate of $65. If you place your order on a business day before 10am MST, it will be sent over night and you will receive it the following business day. (Excluding Holidays) If your address is a PO Box, please allow 1-2 business days for your package to arrive once shipped. Overnight shipping orders placed after 10am MST, will be shipped out the following business day. If you place your order on any weekend day, it will not be processed until the next business day.


Sly Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any packages that have been marked as delivered but are "not received." It is the responsibility of the customer to track these down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down your packages on our end.

Sly Beauty Cosmetics is also not responsible for stolen packages. Your best course of action is to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance. Or file a claim with shipping carrier. 

Packages lost IN TRANSIT by USPS can only be replaced after 21 days of non-movement in your tracking history. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.


We offer Simply Shipping Insurance for all of our customers! It's something that can be added to your order during checkout. If you choose to not use Simply Shipping Insurance, your package will not be protected against being Lost, Stolen or Damaged. 


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is used when placing your order. Please double check your shipping address when ordering. You will also receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will show your shipping address as you entered it. If that address has any discrepancies, please respond that that confirmation email immediately to correct the shipping address before we process and ship your order.

Packages that are returned to Sly Beauty Cosmetics due to insufficient or incorrect address can be shipped back out to the customer with the correct address, but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We charge the full cost of shipping to re-send a returned package due to insufficient addresses.
