How long does it take for an order to ship?
Due to the high volume of orders coming in, once an order is placed, we have a 4-7 business day fulfillment period, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Once it leaves our warehouse it can take 4-7 business days to arrive to your location. Unless you have ordered a pre-sale item, in which your order will then ship out on the specified date.
When will I get my order, if I have a Pre-Sale item in that order?
If you ordered an item with a later ship date, or a Pre-Sale item, your full order won't ship out until that item comes back in stock.
Do you offer local pick up?
We hope to in the future! We did offer it for a week at the start of our Black Friday sale! If you ordered during that time frame and selected local pick up, you can pick up your order on Wednesdays 11am-4pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm. Please allow 24 hour fulfillment time for all Local pick up orders. If you have any questions about your order, please email Contact@slybeautycosmetics.com.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes!! You can select it at check out! You must order before 10am MT, or your order will go out the next business day. (Excluding Holidays)
When is the last day to order for Christmas arrival?
December 14th by 12pm! (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

Can I change my color in my order?
Unfortunately once at order is placed we aren’t able to change the product or color. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com
What items are considered Final Sale?
Any item that says Final sale in the description, is not returnable.
How is my return processed?
Once your order arrives back to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Route Shipping insurance is an affordable insurance to protect your package if it is lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Since we offer this service, Sly Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Clean exterior with damp cloth. Clean interior with damp cloth and a small amount of dawn dish soap, if needed.
